Class registration & enrolment
1. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
You understand that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and other Centre Stage Studio activities involves inherent risks of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Centre Stage Studio, its owners, directors, instructors, assistants, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, demands, liabilities, or damages arising from injuries or accidents sustained while participating in studio classes, rehearsals, performances, or other studio-related activities, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
2. Medical Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining appropriate health and accident insurance for your student and for any medical, hospital, ambulance, or related expenses incurred as a result of illness or injury.
3. Emergency Medical Consent
In the event of an emergency, and if you cannot be contacted, you authorise Centre Stage Studio to arrange emergency medical treatment and transportation for your student as deemed reasonably necessary. Any costs associated with such treatment or transportation remain your responsibility.
4. Media Release
You grant Centre Stage Studio permission to photograph and/or record your student during classes, rehearsals, performances, and other studio activities. You authorise the studio to use these images and recordings for promotional, educational, marketing, and archival purposes, including on the studio's website, social media platforms, printed materials, 3rd party CSS team education and other publications, without compensation.
5. Studio Events
You acknowledge that participation in studio events, including Photo Day, Rehearsal Day, and the Annual Concert, forms an important part of the Centre Stage Studio program. You agree to support your student's participation in these events unless otherwise arranged with studio management.
6. Photography and Video Recording by Audience Members
To protect the privacy and safety of all students and to comply with copyright and child protection requirements, audience members attending Photo Day, Rehearsal Day, Annual Concerts, or any other Centre Stage Studio event must not photograph, video record, livestream, or otherwise capture images or recordings of any students, staff, performances, choreography, music, or studio materials unless expressly authorized by Centre Stage Studio.

Registration Fee
$12 per student - paid once
NON REFUNDABLE
The registration fee is paid upon registering your child for classes. This is a once off fee that secures a students position in the desired class for the full year. Class sizes are strictly limited and your position will not be secured until payment is secured.

ADMINUSTRATION FEE
$5
If you choose to change your payment method during the year, a $5 administration fee will apply.
Enrollment changes
By registering for classes, you agree to participate in the full dance year with CSS, from February through to December. This includes participating in the end-of-year showcase and being included in class and performance photographs, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
By enrolling, you also agree that if you choose to withdraw from classes after the start of a term, you remain responsible for payment of that term's fees, as well as any applicable costume fees. To avoid these charges, notice of withdrawal must be provided before the beginning of the term.
Late Fee
$15
All invoices and fees are required to be paid by the specified due date. Please note that late fees will be applied if payment is not received following the due date.
